SCHOOL
programs
At Football Life we are passionate about working with both High and Primary Schools to create a soccer program that benefits both the school and the student.
We are proud to have partnered with the following schools to implement a soccer program:

Primary school program
Discovery Phase (for K-3)
The Discovery Phase is all about running fun-saturated sessions that introduce kids to the foundational skills of soccer e.g.
- Running with the ball
- Passing the ball with a correct technique
- Small-sided games that encourage good ball control
- Learning the basic rules of soccer
Skill Phase (for Yrs. 4-6)
The Skill Phase is about developing and mastering the foundational skills of soccer e.g.
- Striking the ball correctly and with accuracy
- Game-related awareness & vision
- 1 V 1 soccer duels
- Dribbling the ball with precision and intention
The Skill Phase is often considered to be the most important phase in a player’s development.
HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM
Ballers Phase
The Ballers Phase is perfect for schools looking to supplement their existing PE soccer program with specialised incursion clinics. This can be for a term OR for a specific number of weeks.
Elite Phase
The Elite Phase is for students who are serious about taking their game to the next level. This works best as an after-school program.
Whatever the schools’ needs and desires, Football Life is committed to offering top quality coaching that encourages and challenges students in their soccer development.
Football Life would be privileged to run its coaching program at your school!

one-on-one
programs
With our One-on-One player-specific program each player will be sure to take their performance to the next level.
Arsène Wenger (FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development) once said: “You build a player like you build a house.” And of course, for a house to be strong it must have solid foundations.
At Football Life we’re dedicated to “build” better players by helping them master the technical foundations of the game.
These technical foundations include:
- First Touch
- Dribbling the ball
- Ball mastery (mobile and stationary)
- Striking the ball (crossing, pinging, drilling, shooting)
- Precision passing
- 1v1 situations
Our One-on-One sessions also focus on key physical attributes that players must have in order to enhance their game.
These physical attributes include:
- Stamina
- Quick feet (agility)
- Quick reaction speed
- Quick change of direction
- Explosive speed
- Explosive power
